Mobility and employment
We offer unemployed young adults a six-month training and placement program:
Two week orientation phase in Berlin, during which participants define their concrete career goals
- Six week foreign language training and intercultural training in Berlin
- Two week foreign language training and intercultural training in France, Finland, Sweden or the Netherlands
- Ten week on-the-job qualification in the country chosen
- Four weeks intensive job placement in an international working environment such as the BBI airport
The program supports participants’ individual job search strategies.
For our business and public sector partners we organize conferences, expert events and workshops in Berlin and in our partner countries to promote transboundary exchange.
We also qualify and supervise young adults sent to Berlin for on-the-job training by our international partners.
For all stakeholders we systematize employment opportunities for unemployed young adults at or related to the BBI airport.
