The globalized workaday world demands new competencies. That’s why the IdA program promotes foreign language skills, intercultural competency and work experience abroad.

BER – A driving force for regional development

In 2011 the Berlin Brandenburg International Airport (BER) will open on the southwestern periphery of Berlin. It is an amalgamation of Berlin's three airports Tegel, Tempelhof and Schönefeld. Around 40,000 new jobs will be created directly at or near the airport, mostly in the retail, logistics, hotel and gastronomy, tourism, transportation, waste and security sectors.

IdA + BER = Job Destination Airport

We combine the IdA program and the development of the BER to place unemployed young adults in jobs in an international working environment.
